Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Generally items purchased before 2pm are dispatched on the same day and 99% of items are send within 1-2 business days. On the rare occasion that there will be a delay to the dispatch of your item, Click Surf will contact you to explain why and offer to refund the price of postage you’ve paid.

Business days are Monday to Friday and there is no postage dispatch over the weekend.

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail and Royal Mail Airmail. Occasionally larger, heavier items are sent through Parcel Force.

Tracking numbers are available for ‘Signed For’ delivery options. These numbers show when the item has been dispatched, when it has been passed on for delivery and when it has been delivered. They do not allow you to track the progress along the way. As such, we do not generally send tracking numbers out as a rule of course. However, if you would like your tracking number, please let us know and we will happily send it over.

General postage times are as follows (from the date of dispatch):

Royal Mail First Class – to the UK – 2-3 business days
Royal Mail Second Class – to the UK – 3-5 business days

Royal Mail Airmail – to Europe – 5-7 business days
Royal Mail Airmail – to Rest of World – 7-10 business days

Whilst the Royal Mail is generally very reliable and quick, they do advise us to allow up to 14 days for domestic (UK) deliveries and 30 days for international deliveries.

International customers must allow for the possibility of customs inspections. Please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Privacy is something we take very seriously at Click Surf. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details of any cookies that are used on this website. In addition to this, we have taken a number of steps to improve our online security. These include the addition of Verified By Visa for credit / debit card payments as well as a secure https server ????
Returns & Replacements
At Click Surf we are committed to our customer satisfaction and we understand that shopping online can have its difficulties, especially concerning size and style. We are therefore happy to accept the return or exchange of any purchased item – providing it is in the same condition that it was sent to you in, with all the original tags still in place and unworn.

Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact one of the Click Surf team - either through eBay messages or via the following email (click@click-surf.co.uk) - for return authorisation. The original invoice must be included in the return package, or, if this is unavailable, a note with your name, eBay ID, date of purchase and item purchased. Please also include any necessary details (such as size/colour/style) for an exchange, if applicable.

Returns will be processed within 48 hours of arrival to the above address. Following an inspection of the returned item, a full refund less the original delivery charge will be made via the method with which payment was taken initially.

Unless we have sent the wrong or a faulty item, the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a recorded postage service and we are unable to accept responsibility for any returned items until they are delivered to the above address.

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of arrival at the above address. Exchange items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Standard postage, subject to stock availability. If you require an exchange to be shipped via a quicker service then please get in touch and this can be arranged. The buyer is responsible for the cost of exchange postage, which is payable via PayPal invoice.

If you have received an item in error, or a faulty item, please contact one of the team and we will arrange to have the item returned at the expense of Click Surf.


Payment
We can accept paymet through most major credit / debit cards as well as through PayPal express. We are unable to offer payments through cheque or money order, nor direct bank transfer.
Viewing Orders
You can use your account login information to access your customer dashboard. From here you are able to manage a number of features purtaining to your account, as well as view current and previous orders.
Updating Account Information
Your account inormation can be updated by logging into your customer dashboard.
